● About Shipping
1)If there is import customs duty fee, buyers need to pay for it.
2) For DHL, there is a remote area fee for some remote areas in some city. If you choose DHL, you need to pay extra 30usd if you need the product shipped to remote areas.
3)All orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days after the receipt of payment (except weekends and festivals).
● Warranty and Return
1)Each item is tested 4 times to ensure it works well before shipping. Besides, it has a 12-month Manufacture Warranty. The warranty will not cover damages from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage against the instructions in user manual.
2)The valid time for replacement is 14 days from the date of receiving the item. If the item has any problems when arriving, please feel free to contact us and keep it in original condition.
3)It is buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. Please tell us the reasons of your order revocation and send us a clear picture or a video as a proof. Returned Items without a report will not be processed.
● Installation
1)Please install this item by professional technician and ask them test it before installation.
2)Before our shipment, we have checked all our items carefully. If you receive a broken defective item, please keep the original package and take a photo to us within 3 days. Thanks!
