1. Why can't you turn on the car radio?
1.1 Check the voltage of car radio: 12V
2. Why does the car radio show "no signal" when reversing?
Please check that the camera cable is properly connected to the car radio.
Note: The video port of the rear camera must be plugged into the "CAMIN" port of the car radio.
3. Why does the camera show "!" "I can't watch video while driving" while watching video on USB?
Turn off the "video alert" feature in the Settings, and that's it.
4. Why cannot FM be searched?
4.1: No radio antenna is inserted;
4.2: Check whether the radio antenna is plugged in properly. A few more antennas, good communication.
4.3: Poor signal in your location. Try again in a better place
4.4: The radio antenna in the car is broken/ineffective; Replace the radio antenna and test again.
5. Why is the bluetooth of the car radio not connected?
5.1. Open the mobile phone setting interface, turn on bluetooth to enter The Bluetooth function, search bluetooth devices, and find the Bluetooth model of the player for pairing.
5.2. Try using another phone to test this feature.
All methods are correct, but bluetooth still cannot be used, please unplug from the back of the player and connect 3 minutes later.
6. What's the difference between WiFi and 4G?

Can we install dvd devices?
