Instructions :

2. On 2005 and earlier GL 1800s pressing the A.SEL (RPT/RDM) button (or UM1 on European Model) while playing and MP3 device as a CD changer

May cause a lock up of the audio system. This is a defect in the 2005 and earlier GoldWing radio software and the only recovery is to disconnect the battery or remove the fuse to reset the motorcycle audio system. This does not apply to 2006 and later models
